The conidia of the fungus attach to the body of the egg or nematode. The germ tube of the fungus penetrates the body of the egg or nematode. The fungus colonizes the body of the egg or nematode. The fungus spreads in the body of the egg or nematode. The fungus kills the egg or nematode
